The wine's measured dosage of 8 g/L allows the wine's natural character to shine while providing just enough sweetness for balance.     Grape Blend: Roughly 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
    Aging: Aged for a minimum of 3 years (36 months) in the bottle prior to release.

    Nose: Floral perfumes layered with ripe stone fruits like white peach and apricot, underlined by hints of red apple, roasted nuts, cocoa, and subtle praline.
