Refund policy

All alcohol sales are final, as required by law.

We will gladly replace or refund wine that is:

• Corked or flawed, or

• Damaged at the time of purchase

To be eligible:

• The bottle must be returned with the original receipt

• The bottle must be mostly full

• Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Preference or taste

• Opened bottles that are not flawed

• Clearance or discounted items

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment where applicable.

Order Cancellation
If you make an error in ordering, please contact us immediately. There is a 5% fee for any order cancelled after the credit card batch has run (usually the evening of the same day). Orders that are completed and shipped to an address outside of the United States are not cancellable or refundable for any reason.
