• Aromas: Delicate, inviting aromas of Anjou pear, green apple, lime zest, and white hawthorn blossoms, underscored by a clean touch of wild herbs and talcum powder. 
• Palate: Crisp and harmonic. A silky, softly foaming mousse carries clean flavors of white peach, honeyed melon, and fresh citrus fruit.
• Structure & Finish: Bracingly dry with a beautiful spine of bright acidity. The finish is remarkably persistent, closing with a distinct, savory mineral saltiness and a lingering hint of white almond. 

• The Vineyard: 100% Glera grapes harvested entirely by hand from 15-to-40-year-old vines. The vineyard plots are located in Farra di Soligo and Refrontolo, perched on limestone and clay moraine hillsides at an altitude of 250 meters. 
• Production Method: Vinified using low-temperature white fermentation followed by the traditional Martinotti-Charmat method in pressurized stainless steel autoclaves to capture maximum freshness and vibrant varietal perfume.
