Les Vignerons du Castellas 'Tranquille Pinard' is a light, fruit-forward red wine from the Southern Rhône Valley in France. Designated as a Vin de France, it is an organic, Grenache-dominant blend typically crafted with 70–80% Grenache and 20–30% Syrah, and is designed to be highly approachable, fresh, and served slightly chilled. Born out of the pandemic as a jovial, easy-drinking wine meant to boost conviviality, it steps away from the heavier, more concentrated reds of the Rhône. 

Tasting Notes: The wine features a bright, translucent ruby/cherry color. On the nose, it is gourmet with fragrant notes of ripe raspberries, strawberries, and cherry. The palate is fresh, crisp, and light, offering discreet, smooth tannins, a balanced acidity, and a classic hint of Rhône spice. 

Food Pairings: It is highly versatile and pairs beautifully with casual fare like barbecued meats, grilled chicken, pizza, shrimp cocktail, or a fresh tomato salad.
