One of Champagne's most coveted small-production growers, Georges Laval produces wines of extraordinary purity, depth, and individuality from organically farmed vineyards in the Premier Cru village of Cumières, in the Vallée de la Marne. Founded as an estate-bottling domaine in 1971 and now guided by Vincent Laval, this tiny family estate has developed a devoted following among Champagne collectors and sommeliers.

The Cumières Brut Nature is a remarkable expression of its terroir, blending Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from south-facing Premier Cru vineyards. The grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels, with minimal intervention and no fining or filtration. The wine is disgorged without any added sugar (zero dosage), allowing the character of the fruit and vineyard to emerge with exceptional clarity.

Expressive aromas of ripe orchard fruit, citrus zest, white flowers, toasted hazelnuts, and subtle brioche lead to a beautifully textured palate.
