At its core is a single-vineyard Barbaresco from the 2021 vintage, complemented by a portion of Roero Arneis—bringing both structure and aromatic lift. Winemaking & Technical Notes
“BB21” (Barbaresco Base 2021) is a limited-production, vintage vermouth crafted from high-quality wine rather than neutral base. Around 30 botanicals are cold-macerated for several weeks before being blended with the Barbaresco and Arneis, then rested in stainless steel. The philosophy is distinctly wine-first: the Nebbiolo structure remains central, with botanicals acting as a frame rather than the dominant element.

Deep, complex, and highly vinous, this vermouth opens with aromas of orange peel, spice, ginger, and cinnamon, layered with subtle vanilla and herbal tones.
