    Overview & Background
    Producer: Maison Elemart Robion, a small family-run estate located in Lhéry. 
    Name Meaning: "VB03" stands for Vin Biologique 03, marking the family's third successful milestone trial in producing a pure, low-intervention organic champagne. 
    Grape Blend: Primarily composed of 90% Meunier (Pinot Meunier) and 10% Pinot Noir (with minor regional variations depending on specific bottling lots including small percentages of Chardonnay). 
    Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 12% 
    Dosage: Brut Nature (zero sugar dosage added at disgorgement).
    Viticulture & Vinification
    Farming: Certified organic, cultivated with deep respect for the natural environment.
    Processing: Slow natural vinification without artificial fining or heavy filtration, resulting in very low natural sulphite levels.
    Aging: Aged extensively on the lees to build creamy texture and aromatic depth. 

    Sensory Profile
    Aroma (Nose): Generous and expressive layers of ripe yellow plum, yellow pear, and fresh citrus zest, nicely underscored by undertones of toasted brioche, fresh hazelnuts, sweet pastry spices, and wet chalk. 
    Palate: Lively and crisp on the attack with a fine, persistent mousse. It provides a medium-bodied frame displaying a harmonious balance between rich, ripe orchard fruit and a bone-dry, mouthwatering core. 
    Finish: Long, elegant, and distinctly sapid with a lingering saline minerality and a clean, refreshing tartness.
