The Domaine Comtesse de Chérisey La Genelotte Meursault-Blagny Premier Cru is an exquisite, highly concentrated white Burgundy from a high-altitude monopole (solely owned) vineyard. Known for its electric acidity and chalky minerality, this Chardonnay offers rich notes of hazelnut, toasted gunflint, and orchard fruits.
- Aromas: Toasted nuts, golden apple, quince, and subtle white flowers, developing nuances of truffle and beurre noisette as it ages.
- Palate: Deeply concentrated yet intensely focused, this wine balances a rich, creamy texture with a biting, tonic mineral finish.
- Aging Potential: While it can be savored young, it has a remarkable track record of aging and is considered an outstanding cellar candidate.
