The 2024 Domaine de Châteaumar Châteauneuf-du-Pape "Secret de Nos Vignes" is a rich, traditional red blend. It features aromas of dark fruit, herbs, and spice. The palate offers dark berries, roasted plum, and dark chocolate, leading to a long, complex finish.
Style: Rich, intense, and full-bodied.
Varietals: A blend of classic Southern Rhône red grapes, predominantly Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre.
Terroir: Grown on red clay and large round stones known as galets roulés. These stones absorb heat during the day and release it at night, helping the grapes ripen fully.
Vines: The "Secret de Nos Vignes" cuvée comes from a selection of the estate's oldest vines, which gives the wine great depth and concentration.
