L'Arco Rubeo Veronese IGT is a powerful red wine from Italy's Veneto region. It is a unique blend of local Valpolicella grapes (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara) and French Bordeaux varieties (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot).
Tasting Notes: The wine is bold and rich. It features deep, complex notes of ripe wild berries, cherry, tobacco, and exotic spices.
Production Method: Grapes are dried for over two months using the appassimento method (a process that shrivels the grapes to concentrate their sugars and flavors, similar to making Amarone).
Aging: It is aged for nearly four years in large Slavonian oak barrels. This long aging process creates a velvety texture and makes the wine great for keeping in your cellar for many years.
