    Terroir
Sourced from vineyards along Napa Valley’s famed Highway 29 corridor, this Cabernet Sauvignon reflects a range of valley-floor and hillside sites shaped by warm days, cool evenings, and diverse volcanic and alluvial soils. The combination of abundant sunshine and nighttime cooling allows the grapes to achieve full ripeness while preserving balance and structure. These varied vineyard sources contribute both richness and layered complexity to the final blend.

    Winemaking & Technical Notes
Crafted in a polished, approachable Napa Valley style, the wine is fermented with careful extraction to emphasize ripe fruit, supple texture, and aromatic depth. Aging in oak barrels adds structure and notes of spice and vanilla while maintaining balance and drinkability. The winemaking focuses on creating a Cabernet Sauvignon that delivers classic Napa character with broad appeal and immediate accessibility.

    Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in the glass, the 2024 opens with aromas of blackberry, cassis, dark cherry, and plum layered with hints of cedar, cocoa, vanilla, and baking spice. The palate is full-bodied and smooth, showing concentrated dark fruit framed by soft tannins and balanced acidity. Notes of mocha, tobacco, and toasted oak emerge through the mid-palate, leading to a long, plush finish with excellent richness and polish.

    Food Pairing & Service
A classic Cabernet pairing wine, this bottling works beautifully with grilled steak, burgers, roast lamb, braised short ribs, and aged hard cheeses. It also complements smoky barbecue dishes and hearty pasta preparations. Decant briefly in its youth to allow the wine’s aromatics and texture to fully open, and serve slightly below room temperature.

    Cellaring Potential
Approachable upon release, this wine will continue to evolve nicely over the next 6–10 years. With time, its fruit and oak profile will integrate further into more savory notes of leather, cedar, and spice while maintaining its core richness and structure.
