    Terroir
Sourced from vineyards in Germany’s Nahe region, this rosé reflects a cool-climate landscape shaped by steep slopes, diverse soils, and strong diurnal temperature swings. The mix of slate, quartzite, and loess soils contributes both freshness and mineral tension, while the moderate climate allows Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder) to ripen slowly and evenly. The result is a rosé that balances bright fruit with precision and structure.

    Winemaking & Technical Notes
Made from 100% Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), the wine is crafted in a dry (trocken) style with gentle pressing and short skin contact to achieve its delicate color and fresh profile. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve aromatics and purity, with no oak influence. The focus is on clarity, crisp acidity, and vibrant drinkability, resulting in a rosé that is both refreshing and distinctly mineral-driven.

    Tasting Notes
Pale pink in the glass, the 2025 opens with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, red currant, and citrus peel, accented by delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and energetic, offering fresh red berry fruit layered over bright acidity and a subtle mineral edge. Dry and finely textured, the wine finishes clean, refreshing, and lightly savory, with excellent balance and lift.

    Food Pairing & Service
An exceptionally versatile rosé, this wine pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled vegetables, salads, sushi, and light poultry dishes. Its crisp acidity also makes it an excellent companion to charcuterie and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled to emphasize its freshness and precision.

    Cellaring Potential
Designed for youthful enjoyment, this rosé is best consumed within 1–3 years of the vintage while its bright fruit, lively acidity, and delicate aromatics remain at their peak.
