The 2025 Moulin de Gassac 'Guilhem' Rosé is a pale salmon-pink wine from the Languedoc region. It offers an intense, floral nose of citrus blossom and spring flowers, blending into wild strawberry and red currant flavors. Crisp and dry, it leaves a fresh, lasting finish.This lively wine comes from southern France. It is an organic blend of grapes like Grenache, Carignan, and Cinsault grown in rocky, sun-baked soils. The winemakers use a "direct press" method. They squeeze the grapes right away to capture bright, fruit-forward flavors.Think of it like a freshly picked spring bouquet sitting next to a bowl of fresh berries. The floral notes pop out of the glass first. Then, the tart, refreshing red fruit flavors wash over your tongue. It feels light but coats the mouth like silk.Winemaking: Grapes are entirely destemmed and "direct-pressed" (crushed straight away for a soft pink color), then fermented in stainless steel tanks.Tasting Profile: Light-bodied and airy, yet round and generous in texture.
