This enchanting expression is crafted predominantly from the noble Mencía grape, thoughtfully blended with an ancient field blend of indigenous local varieties that speak to generations of winemaking tradition. On the palate, this wine unfolds with remarkable elegance and complexity. Wild red fruits dance across the tongue, complemented by delicate floral undertones that evoke the Atlantic breezes that caress these historic vineyards.
