    Terroir
Sourced from the La Goujonne lieu-dit in Chassagne-Montrachet, this Pinot Noir reflects a distinctive pocket of the southern Côte de Beaune known for its balance of finesse and structure. The vineyard is characterized by limestone-rich soils with pockets of clay, lending both minerality and depth to the fruit. Old vines, carefully tended and low-yielding, contribute to the wine’s concentration and complexity, while the site’s elevation and exposure help preserve freshness and aromatic lift.

    Winemaking & Technical Notes
Produced from 100% Pinot Noir, the grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously sorted to ensure optimal quality. Fermentation is carried out with a measured use of whole clusters, enhancing aromatic complexity and structural nuance. Extraction is handled gently to maintain elegance and transparency of terroir. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, with a restrained percentage of new oak, allowing the purity of fruit and site expression to remain at the forefront. Extended élevage refines the tannins and builds layered complexity.

    Tasting Notes
Bright ruby in color, this wine opens with an expressive bouquet of red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, interwoven with floral notes of rose petal and subtle hints of spice, earth, and forest floor. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a silky texture and finely grained tannins. Vibrant acidity carries the red fruit core, while underlying mineral tones add depth and precision. The finish is long, graceful, and delicately savory, reflecting both the old vines and the character of the site.

    Food Pairing & Service
This wine pairs beautifully with dishes that highlight finesse over weight. Consider roasted duck, herb-crusted pork tenderloin, or mushroom-based preparations such as risotto or tart. It also complements soft-ripened cheeses and charcuterie. Serve slightly below room temperature, and consider a brief decant of 30–45 minutes to allow its aromatics to fully open.

    Cellaring Potential
Approachable in its youth for its purity and charm, this wine will continue to evolve over the next 10 to 15 years. With age, it will gain additional complexity, developing tertiary notes of dried flowers, spice, and forest floor while maintaining its balance and structural integrity.
