    Aromas: Fresh citrus (lemon oil, lime zest), green apple, crushed stone, white flowers, and faint herbal whispers like tarragon or sage. 
    Palate: Zippy, vibrant acidity with a medium body and surprising concentration. You get juicy stone fruits (nectarines, mirabelle plums) mixed with a sharp, crystalline, mineral-saline finish
    The Terroir: Sourced from a single lieu-dit (named parcel) called Busigny located near Meursault on limestone-rich soils. Old roots and low yields give this Aligoté a deeper, more textured profile than a typical bistro-style pour. 
    In the Cellar: Fermented naturally using native (indigenous) yeasts. Aged in a combination of two-thirds older oak barrels and one-third large old foudres, then settled in stainless steel for six months before bottling.
