    Nestled in the heart of the world's most prestigious white wine terroir, this vineyard enjoys an enviable position immediately adjacent to the legendary Grand Cru designation of Bâtard-Montrachet. Les Pucelles, renowned for producing wines of remarkable finesse and complexity, showcases the perfect marriage of richness and elegance that Burgundian Chardonnay is celebrated for.

    Vinification: Fermented with indigenous (native) yeasts using whole-cluster pressing.
    Aging: Aged for about 12 months in custom 456-liter oak barrels (100% new oak), followed by an additional 6 to 9 months settling in stainless steel tanks.
    Bottling: Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
    Cellaring: Built with strong aging potential, typically shining brightest after 10 to 20 years in a proper cellar.
    The Vineyard: Les Pucelles features thin, brown clay-and-limestone soils. The vines here are over 35 years old.
