    Terroir
From the Menetou-Salon appellation in France’s Loire Valley, this rosé reflects a terroir closely aligned with neighboring Sancerre. The vineyards are rooted in classic Kimmeridgian limestone and clay soils, which lend both structure and a distinctive mineral character. A cool continental climate ensures a long, even growing season, preserving acidity and allowing for the development of bright, precise fruit flavors. The result is a rosé that is both fresh and finely detailed, with a clear sense of place.

    Winemaking & Technical Notes
Produced from Pinot Noir, the “Tradition” Rosé is crafted with a focus on delicacy and purity. Grapes are gently pressed to achieve a pale, elegant color, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to retain aromatic freshness. No oak is used, allowing the wine’s natural fruit expression and mineral nuances to take center stage. The winemaking approach is clean and straightforward, emphasizing balance and drinkability.

    Tasting Notes
Light salmon in hue, the 2025 opens with aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry, and red currant, complemented by hints of citrus peel and subtle floral notes. The palate is crisp and lively, with bright acidity carrying a core of juicy red berry flavors. A gentle mineral edge adds complexity, leading to a clean, refreshing finish with excellent precision.

    Food Pairing & Service
An easy and versatile pairing partner, this rosé works beautifully with grilled fish, shrimp, and light poultry dishes. It also complements summer salads, goat cheese, and charcuterie boards. Mediterranean flavors—such as olives, herbs, and fresh vegetables—highlight its freshness. Serve well chilled to enhance its vibrant character.

    Cellaring Potential
Best enjoyed young, this rosé is ideal within 2–3 years of the vintage to fully appreciate its bright fruit and lively acidity. While it may hold slightly longer, its charm lies in its freshness, making early consumption the most rewarding.
