Farmed organically and biodynamically, the fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in used barrels, followed by additional élevage in tank, with minimal intervention in the cellar.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFresh and finely detailed, the wine shows lemon, green apple and white peach alongside delicate floral notes and a subtle chalky, saline character. The palate combines bright acidity with a gentle creamy texture, finishing clean, mineral and persistent.
